Reservations:

For better service, please make your reservations at least 5 hours prior to the pick up time. Please call our office if you require a reservation with less than 5 hours notice. All reservations must be secured with a major credit card.

Waiting Time:

MTH Express Transportation will provide customers with the following complimentary waiting time:

Domestic Flight: 30 min
International Flight: 60 min
Other: 10 min

Any time beyond the wait time listed above will be at a charge of $1.00 per minute:

Cancellations:

A cancellation fee equal to the trip cost, will be charged for any cancellation made less than 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time

No show:
No-shows will be charged the full trip cost.

Payment:
MTH Express Transportation accepts all credit cards

Surcharges:
A $15.00 surcharge will be applied to bills for service scheduled between midnight and 6:00 am. Customers are responsible for all tolls, parking, and airport fees

Rates exclude 20% gratuity

A $20.00 surcharge will be applied to reservations made on the following holidays:
Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and after 5:00 p.m. Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.

Other:
MTH Express Transportation is not responsible for: Lost and damaged baggage, personal belongings or any items left in a vehicle. Pets must be in appropriate cages.
